By using Qayyim you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
1. The app
Qayyim lets you learn with short slides and test yourself with quizzes, and earn stars. Some content is free. Some lessons and quizzes need a subscription.
2. Your account
- The app creates a guest account automatically. You can link Google or Apple to keep your progress on other phones.
- Keep access to your Google or Apple account safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Free and paid content
- Content marked free (its lessons and quizzes) stays free.
- New users get a short welcome period with everything open, at no cost and with no payment details. It is given once per phone and per account: a new account on the same phone, or the same Google/Apple account after it was deleted, does not get another one.
- After that, content marked premium needs a subscription: its quiz is locked, and its lesson shows only its first slides.
- We may change which content is free or premium, and we may add, change or remove content.
4. Subscriptions
- Plans (for example monthly and yearly) and prices are shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy. Prices may differ by country.
- Free trial: some plans include a free trial (for example 7 days on the yearly plan). If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn this off at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment, cancelling and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- If you are on iPhone, Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies to your use of the app.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- cheat, for example by changing the app, using bots or scripts, or sending fake results to get stars or a leaderboard place;
- try to get premium content without paying, or get around our security;
- copy, sell or republish Qayyim's content outside the app;
- use a display name that is offensive, hateful, or pretends to be someone else;
- overload, attack or disrupt the service.
We may remove names, reset scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content and ownership
The app, its design and its content (questions, slides, images) belong to us or to people who gave us permission. You may use them inside the app for your own learning. We take care to keep content accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, tell us at support@qayyimapp.com.
7. Availability and liability
- We work to keep Qayyim running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending
You can stop using Qayyim and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is important. If you keep using Qayyim after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use local law or local courts.
